Children exploring Collyvale
Children can explore Collyvale without signing in, and the activities never ask for an email address or send anything to us.
To remember progress, Collyvale saves a few small notes in your browser on this device only: stickers collected, lanterns lit, places explored, a lantern hung on Lantern Lane, and, if one was typed on Ollie’s school pages, a first name used to personalize the story. These notes are never sent to us or anyone else. They stay on the device until browsing data is cleared, and they are not shared between devices.
You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. The Sticker Book and Lantern Trail also have reset buttons.
Free help packs and A Little Letter from Collyvale
When a grown-up asks for a free help pack, the form collects an email address so the pack can be sent. If you also tick the box to receive A Little Letter from Collyvale, we’ll use your email address to send that monthly letter.
These forms are run by Brevo, an email service, which stores your email address on our behalf. We use it only to send what you asked for, and we never sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
We rely on your consent to send the monthly letter, and on your request to send a pack you asked for. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Other services the site uses
Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to fetch them. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. Collyvale does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
