Many parents feel low, anxious or not like themselves during pregnancy or after a baby arrives. It can happen to moms and dads, and it isn't your fault.

Tearful, numb, anxious, irritable, or like you're just going through the motions.

Small things that can help

  • Tell someone how you're really feeling.
  • Rest when you can, and accept help that's offered.
